Michele Isaacs

Michele Isaacs is the vice president and global head of learning and development for Thomson Reuters, where she is responsible for defining the direction and executing the strategy around learning at the company. This includes developing core capabilities, maximizing the learning investment and helping to build a learning culture as well as leading the early careers Center of Excellence.

Before joining Thomson Reuters in 2013, Isaacs served as the first chief learning officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, was the vice president of talent management for AOL and held several senior leadership development and learning roles at AT&T. Isaacs holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology.
